Hatha Yoga focuses on wellness through practices involving the combination of physical postures, the breath and meditation. This is an excellent way to pursue personal growth and increase mindfulness skills while also experiencing the physical and emotional benefits it has to offer such as stress reduction and improved sleep.
Come to class in comfortable clothing and please arrive at least 5 minutes early to get set up.
Students who are unable to make it to the scheduled class are asked to notify the instructor via email prior to class at firstname.lastname@example.org. All refund requests must be made via that same email in order to be issued and must be made within 72 hours or will be forfeited. All refunds issued will be the amount paid minus transaction fees and will be issued through the original form of payment only.
