The practice of mindfulness skills through various methods including breathing exercises, guided imagery and gentle movement to relax the mind & body to promote stress and mood management.
Come to class in comfortable clothing and please arrive at least 5 minutes early to get set up.
Students who are unable to make it to the scheduled class are asked to notify the instructor via email prior to class at email@example.com. All refund requests must be made via that same email in order to be issued and must be made within 72 hours or will be forfeited. All refunds issued will be the amount paid minus transaction fees and will be issued through the original form of payment only.
